About Water Filtration Cockrell Hill

Our job is easy to describe: find out what is in your water, fix only what needs fixing, and show you the proof. We test before suggesting anything, then photograph each step of the work in your home so you can see what we found and what we did.

Why we work the way we do

Most people never see the inside of a filter housing or the shutoff valve under their kitchen sink. That makes it hard to know whether a recommendation is honest or whether a job was done right. Our answer is simple: take pictures and show them to you.

So that is how every visit runs. Before we touch anything, we photograph the spot where we will work, whether that is the cold line under the sink, the main supply where it enters your home, or an old filter that is overdue for a change. As we go, we capture the fittings, the bypass valve, the drain connection and the finished install. When we leave, you have a clear record of your system and what was done to it.

We also start with a water test rather than a sales pitch. City water in the Dallas area generally meets drinking water standards, so the honest question is what your home actually needs. Sometimes that is a carbon filter for chlorine taste. Sometimes it is an under-sink reverse osmosis unit for drinking and cooking water. Sometimes the answer is a fresh cartridge and nothing more, and we will tell you so.

What you can expect from us

  1. 01

    Test results before any recommendation

Equipment only comes up after your water has been tested. If your hardness level does not justify a softener, you will hear that from us plainly, not a sales pitch.

  2. 02

Photos of what we found and what we did

You get pictures of the before, the work in progress and the finished system. They help you understand the job today and give the next technician a reference years from now.

  3. 03

A written estimate you can read

Each line shows the equipment, the parts and the labor. If something under the sink changes the plan, such as a corroded valve or a tight cabinet, we show you a photo and talk it through before going further.

  4. 04

    A clean, careful visit

We lay down a mat under the sink, protect your floors near the main line, and take the old cartridges and packaging with us. Your kitchen should look the way we found it, with better water coming out of the tap.

Where we work

We are based in Cockrell Hill and visit homes across the surrounding area, including Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, University Park, Highland Park and Euless. Older homes often still have original supply lines and valves, which is one more reason we photograph what is behind the cabinet before recommending iron and sediment filtration, whole-house carbon filtration or a simple filter replacement.

Begin by telling us about your water

Let us know what you've noticed, such as a chlorine odor, spotting on fixtures or concerns about aging pipes. We'll tell you what a test would reveal and what to expect when we come to your home.
